The day after our wedding in 1983, my wife and I moved to Goldendale to start new jobs and a new life. Since then we have raised two children; led successful professional lives; and been actively involved in the community. Goldendale is home, and we have been blessed to live here!
As an avid outdoorsman, I have spent over a quarter of a century experiencing the beauty Klickitat County has to offer. From Bickleton to Trout Lake, I have hiked and hunted hundreds of miles of the land. From White Salmon to Roosevelt, I have driven most of the road systems in the county. In addition, I have spent countless hours on the Columbia River boating or the Klickitat River fishing.
After earning a BA degree in Business Education from Central Washington University, my wife and I moved to Goldendale where I took my first job in education. In 1987 I earned my MA in Business Education. Since that time, I have taught and coached in addition to successfully running several small businesses. My people skills, educational background, business experience, and network of contacts will be an asset to you as I help you meet your real estate goals.
On the real estate side, I have helped numerous clients either buy or sell property. There is nothing like finding the perfect fit for clients, without using high pressure selling tactics.
In addition to helping clients, my wife and I have purchased and renovated three homes. Two of these homes were obtained for investment purposes and were rented for our educational experience. Since we had never "flipped" a home, we decided to do that as well. I know from experience what works and what doesn't if you are interested in investment property. Let my experience work for you!
